 The Spa At Canyon Oaks proudly supports local charities with hundreds of in-kind donations per year.  If you would like a gift certificate donation for your organizations fundraiser please make your request below.

We will do a 50/50 matching of any gift card purchase you would like to make for charity fund raising purposes with valid tax ID# and supporting event information.  You will not need to fill out this form for 50/50 purchases.  Just call 254-848-9989 or purchase in person.

For request for full donations to be considered we must have a minimum of 30 days advance notice.
