Gift card/certificate must be presented at time of service, is non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.  All appointments require 72 hour notice to cancel.  No shows for appointments will result in forfeiture of value.  Card / Certificate expires 1 year from date of purchase.  Expired cards/Certificates cannot be redeemed.  Not responsible for lost or stolen cards/certificates.
